Pete is a native of Staunton, Virginia, and resides in Charlottesville with his wife and three sons. He has spent the majority of his life living and working throughout Western and Central Virginia, developing deep-rooted relationships across the region’s business, development, and civic communities.

Since graduating from the University of Virginia in 1991, Pete has served in a range of construction, real estate, and corporate management roles throughout the region, state, and nationally. He is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia and North Carolina. Over the course of his career, Pete has contributed to many of the region’s most successful commercial real estate projects and has established a reputation for disciplined execution and trusted advisory service.

Pete’s experience across construction, real estate brokerage, and corporate management has positioned him as one of the region’s leading commercial real estate professionals. His comprehensive understanding of new construction, rezoning and entitlement processes, transportation considerations, and commercial financing structures allows him to guide clients through complex transactions with clarity and strategic foresight.

He has successfully completed transactions across a broad spectrum of asset classes, including office, medical, industrial, multifamily, shopping centers, self-storage, convenience and fuel centers, and hospitality properties. To date, Pete has completed more than $793 million in commercial real estate transactions. His practice focuses on representing local, regional, and national companies, investors, developers, institutions, and non-profit organizations in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development strategy.
